Last Camp Late Night!

Don't miss out on our last camp late night in 2014 tomorrow, July 25th! We are going to have a wildly good time at our jungle-themed adventure, complete with pizza, movie bingo, and Rio 2. We hope to see you there from 6-9 PM! You may register by visiting the front desk.

The Durango Hills YMCA will be attending this year's NBA summer league!  Join us as we watch the brightest stars of the future come to Las Vegas to represent your favorite NBA team and the Vegas Summer League.

Camp Late Night Friday, July 11th!

It's time to beat the heat at our "Frozen" Camp Late Night!  Campers will enjoy a night of cool activities sure to take the edge off of the rising summer temps, including a marshmallow snowman building challenge, pizza, and finished off by watching the movie "Frozen".  Registration is $15 per child, and you may sign up by visiting the front desk today!

Roos-N-More Zoo

The Durango Hills Y campers and staff would like to give a big "Thank You" to Roos-N-More Zoo for bringing so many fun and furry animals to our Animal Planet camp today!  We especially loved the Capuchin Monkey...but all the animals, from the giant lizard to the baby wallaby, were amazing to see and touch.

Weekly Assembly Today At 3PM!

We will be having our weekly assembly today at 3:00 p.m. In the gym, since the Y will be closed tomorrow for the holiday. Please join us in celebrating another great week of camp!

Summer Food Service Program At the Y!

No child goes hungry at the Durango Hills YMCA!  Each day, hundreds of campers all across Southern Nevada are served a free, nutritious lunch through the Summer Food Service Program.  This healthy option saves busy parents time and money! (In accordance with Federal Law and US Department of Agriculture Policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.) Please remember that this is a cold lunch being served.  Your camper is not obligated to eat this lunch; they can always place it on our sharing table for other campers to enjoy.

Be sure to ask for a menu at the sign in/out table!
